Chief Executive Officer
Patricia Werhahn has extensive experience in real estate asset management and acquisitions. She has been in the industry since 2004 as a co-founder of a real estate investment company. As CEO of RedSteel Properties, Ms. Werhahn is the driving force behind every aspect of the company’s operations.
Earlier in her career, she was a leasing executive for Weingarten Realty and was responsible for leasing 12 shopping centers consisting of approximately 2 million square feet. Ms. Werhahn ranked consistently with the top producers of Weingarten. While there, she completed deals with major tenants such as Winn-Dixie, ULTA, Big Lots, PNC, and Comcast.
Ms. Werhahn was born and raised in Switzerland and is a graduate of the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland). She earned her Masters of Business Administration with honors from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, focusing on real estate at the Zell-Lurie Real Estate Center.
Ms. Werhahn serves on the advisory board for NOVA Southeastern University’s Master of Science in Real Estate Development program, board of the Little Club, on the Capital Campaign Committee for Sunflower Creative Arts, on the long range planning and Golf committee for the Country Club of Florida and she is part of the ICSC Next Gen Palm Beach Committee. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in Florida and is an active member of ICSC and ICSC Next Generation.
Vice President of Special Projects
Richard Viens has been on the RedSteel Properties team since 2009. He leads RedSteel’s growth and development projects and is a part of the strategic team.
Mr. Viens has an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Robert S. Buddy III
Robert Buddy is a Certified Public Accountant (Florida) and joined RedSteel Properties in the spring of 2015. He has extensive experience in the real estate property management industry, including Big 4 and national CPA firm experience.
A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Mr. Buddy is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and an associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
Amanda Simpson joined RedSteel Properties in the summer of 2009 and is responsible for managing all aspects of property management and maintenance. She has seven years of commercial property management experience and is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and Community Association Manager.
Ms. Simpson earned a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Housing from Florida State University.
